In-room refrigerators are standard but missing!!! Noise disturbances from large groups were an issue !!! The hotel's carpets and common areas appear dirty and in urgent need of attention!!!

The staff was very helpful and friendly. Special thanks to Natasha L, the front desk receptionist, who took special care of our family. She went beyond the normal call to assist with our needs. She has the perfect demeanor for the profession.
First time I have every been charged for coffee as a guest.

The location was difficult to get to from Union Station unless you travel early in the morning or late in the afternoon. There were no refrigerators in the rooms.

The stay was primarily for attending a family event nearby. The bright atrium was a great spot for morning coffee, providing a welcoming atmosphere. I appreciated the spacious layout of my room, which was perfect for my needs during my stay. The parking situation could be tricky when the hotel is busy.

Convenient location - just a walk down to everywhere we needed. There was an attached restaurant nearby. The room was decent size, the bed was comfortable, luxurious bathroom.
The staff were very very bad, didn't expect that coming.

The rooms were beautifully maintained and mine was new-fashioned with shower instead of a tub, quality linens. Every staff member was caring and attentive.
